I. Choose any two of the following activities to complete.  They must be turned in by the end of class. 

Kreuzworträtsel Create a crossword puzzle with 15 vocabulary words from the weather & geography unit.  Clues must be in complete sentences in German.  Include both the finished puzzle and an answer key.	Comik Write and illustrate a 6-10 panel comic strip about what someone wants to do (use the verb “wollen”). Incorporate the weather into your comic.	Musik Watch 3 new music videos on Step into German (Google Goethe Institut). Describe each song and video, and write whether you liked it or not. (use März Musik Madness German vokabeln).
Werbung Create a meme using the lyric from a German song.  The song / lyric must be school appropriate.  Include a picture, line from the song, and a short description of your concept. Put into Google drive.	Interview Write ten questions using vocabulary words from the current unit (Geography, weather, European destinations).  Interview two classmates and write their answers.  Write complete sentences!	Rebus Make a rebus (picture story) using at least ten vocabulary words from the current unit.  Have someone read it back to you, then have them initial it. Example: Ich habe eine
Scrabble Play scrabble with 2-3 of your classmates using the attached scrabble board.  Make sure you use words from the current vocabulary unit; anything you have learned is fair game (no using phones to look up words!).	Lied Translate an American song into German. Don't use anything except leo.org and your brain!	Brieffreund/Brieffreundin Write an e-mail to your future exchange student (Austauschpartner/in). Write in the present tense, describing yourself, where you live, what you like to do for fun, and where you want to go in Germany.
Umfrage Du bist dran! Create your own class survey, similar to what we do in class. Choose a topic / theme from this past year to review or have a mix of topics. You can write in the past, present, or future tenses.	Grammar Exercises Deutsch I:  Pick something you want to learn from the textbook and use the “grau/blau” pages in the back of the book to practice.	Flashcards Deutsch I: Create a set of picture flashcards for at least 20 new phrases or vocabulary words from the the internet. Words and phrases must be school appropriate.

4. Choose something YOU enjoy--if you don’t like it, stop and find something else to do
5. You WILL be presenting (in English or German) to small groups on Monday
